• How we operate:
  • Partner with Farms to produce RNG from animal waste under the terms of a MOU and Long-term Manure Agreement
  • Engage with contractors to design and construct an Anerobic Digester and Biogas treatment facility
  • Work with established digester technology provider, gas treatment and conditioning equipment supplier, and an established EPC which provides a full project wrap and warranty
  • Establish operating company to own/operate RNG facilities
  • Complete sale of RNG and attributes to offtake partners
